Developing homes & apartments in Brockworth for Gloucester City Homes
Our land and planning teams exchanged on a brownfield site at the edge of the business/commercial park in Brockworth in 2019.
We secured Reserved Matters approval for a contemporary development of 166 homes and construction commenced in early 2021.
81 affordable homes – 54 houses and 27 apartments – were delivered as part of our S106 agreement under a build contract with Gloucester City Homes.
The apartments, arranged in three- and four-storey blocks, were constructed using a Category MMC Timber frame alongside traditional masonry homes. They were handed over to Gloucester City Homes in March 2022.
We also delivered a further 85 homes as part of a wider contract with a private company to provide 200 homes for rent over a two-year period.
