New show home to open in Exeter
The wait is nearly over for homebuyers eager to explore a new show home at the Exeter development, Willow Grange where a new country park is also being created.
Edenstone is giving those who’ve registered interest in its Willow Grange development exclusive early access to the show home before the doors are opened to the public over the weekend of October 25 and 26.
Lord Mayor of Exeter Councillor Anne Jobson will help mark the milestone by officially opening the showcase property on October 25.
Refreshments and light bites will be available that day.
Edenstone operations director Chris Edge explained: “Edenstone has over two decades of experience in delivering high quality new homes and creating new communities but is a relatively new name in Devon and in Exeter in particular. With that in mind, buyers have understandably been curious about our homes. We’re looking forward to welcoming buyers into the new show home at Willow Grange.”
Edenstone has enlisted professional interior designers Blocc to style the show home as a real family home visitors can imagine themselves living in.
The show home is an example of the four-bedroom Mathern, set out over three floors.
“Viewing remains an integral part of the home buying process, particularly when people are considering purchasing a property set out over three floors,” Chris added.
“The show home will help bring the floor plans to life and demonstrate the quality and finish we offer, giving buyers an insight into what their life could be like at Willow Grange.”
Current availability at Willow Grange includes two, three and four-bedroom homes, with prices from £285,995.
