Delivering 19 homes with Monmouthshire Housing Association
Following a successful project near Crickhowell in Powys, we negotiated a second contract with Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA) to deliver 19 houses and bungalows in Govilon, near Abergavenny.
This was a mixed tenure scheme delivering six affordable homes for rent and 13 for private sale by Capsel, the sales division of MHA.
As well as assisting in introducing improvements to their sales specification (at no additional cost) we also helped provide ‘purchaser extras’ quotations.
Shortly after work started, the COVID-19 pandemic hit and we amended programmes and working practices to provide a safe workplace while still delivering for our partner and their residents.
The development was completed in January 2021.
