Developing affordable homes near Swansea for Coastal Housing
As part of the final phase of residential development at Parc Ceirw Garden Village, in the former quarry at Cwmrhydyceirw, we negotiated a contract to develop 1, 2 and 3-bed homes and apartments on the southern side of the quarry basin, overlooking the development’s public open space and community facilities.
Following the securing of all statutory approvals, works are due to commence Autumn 2024 with handover due in 2025.
