If your property qualifies, we’ll instruct our third-party agent to conduct independent valuations, and based on the valuer’s advice of achieving a realistic sale within six weeks, they will make you an offer. Any offer is subject to a homebuyer survey and acceptable searches, just like any other purchase.
3. Offer and Purchase
If you are happy with the offer, you can proceed to reserving your New Home. Your Sales Consultant will guide you through the buying process and take care of your house sale, we only ask that you support us and allow viewings at times convenient to you.
