Interior designers share their style secrets in Devon
An exclusive insight into the latest interior trends and the secrets to achieving the show home look will be revealed at a special FREE event at our award-winning Devon development.
The event takes place at The Orchards in Sampford Peverell, near Tiverton, on Saturday, November 1, with specialists from interior design company Blocc sharing their expertise.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz, light bites, and a goody bag to take home, before enjoying an inspiring and interactive design session inside the development’s stunning show home. Spaces are limited, and booking is essential.
Edenstone operations director Chris Edge said: “Show homes are a great source of inspiration when it comes to interior design and styling your own home. People often attempt to replicate the looks created in our show homes by experts like the team at Blocc and with that in mind we’re hosting an exclusive interior design event at The Orchards.
“Those who book a free place will be able to steal their style secrets. They’ll explain how to bring the latest colour trends into your home, including how to introduce warmth, personality and flow across different rooms. They’ll offer tips for making the most of open plan, multifunctional spaces and share where to shop the look. With their insight you’ll be able to style your space with confidence and design a beautiful home that’s practical, stylish and works for your lifestyle.”
The show home, styled by Blocc, contributed to The Orchards being named Residential Project of the Year (36 homes and over) at the Michelmores Awards earlier this year. Inspired by the rural setting they styled the show home in earthy and green tones, punctuated by vibrant splashes of colour.
During the event the Blocc team will offer insight into the design choices made in the show home and provide practical, transferable advice guests can implement in their own homes.
Current availability at The Orchards includes three, four and five-bedroom homes, priced from £385,000, all built to high energy efficiency standards with A-rated Energy Performance Certificates.
