Move for “free” to a new home in Ross-on-Wye

The final phase of new Edenstone homes at St Mary’s Garden Village is now on sale and a small number of the properties are build complete and ready to be occupied.

Despite the limited availability, there’s still plenty of choice of new homes at St Mary’s Garden Village with six house types to select from. Three-bedroom homes are available from £275,000, with four-bedroom properties priced from £350,000.

According to research from the Home Builders Federation, new houses are 65% more efficient than older ones, with the potential to save almost £2,000 a year.

There’s potential for further savings as some of the properties at St Mary’s Garden Village offer enhanced energy efficiency thanks to additional roof and floor insultation, plus solar panels.
