Families enjoy festive fun in Bleadon

We’ve entered into the festive spirit and gave our show home at Eden’s Green a seasonal makeover in readiness for the visit.

Edenstone operations director Chris Edge said: “Santa’s magic powers mean he knows where everyone lives, although sometimes the reindeer need a little extra help in finding new homes. With that in mind Santa took some time out of his busy schedule to pay a special visit to our Eden’s Green development to meet our homeowners and potential purchasers.

During the event Santa selected the winner of a free prize draw, presenting Debbie Miller with a £250 Marks and Spencer voucher.

Eden’s Green offers a choice of a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, with current prices from £399,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached Chepstow.

Selected properties, including plot four a four-bedroom detached Monmouth, priced at £634,995, are available with “zero bills” for five years thanks to a partnership between Edenstone and Octopus Energy.
