Four years after construction work began, and with more than half of the 300 homes now occupied, the Edenstone Group is celebrating another milestone – the opening of a new show home (from mid-September).

The new community-led development features designs from the Group’s two housing brands Edenstone Homes and Bluebell Homes.

The four-bedroom Monmouth is the first family-sized show home on the Edenstone phase of homes and bungalows.

Along with the new Monmouth show home on the Edenstone phase, there are also two show homes available for viewing on the Bluebell phase of the development – examples of the Farnham and Burford house types.
