The Orchards, our stunning Devon development, initially offered three-bedroom bungalows, three-bedroom semi-detached houses and a selection of four-bedroom homes. Following customer feedback, we have introduced a new five-bedroom design, the Peverell, reflecting buyer interest in extra space.
Edenstone Group operations director Chris Edge explained: “Visitors tell us they love the look of the four-bedroom detached Kingsholm show home, which is the largest property on the development, but they want an extra bedroom. We’ve gone back to the drawing board and adapted the layout on selected properties and aptly named this five-bedroom home the Peverell, acknowledging the role the location has played in shaping this design.”
There are four examples of the five-bedroom detached Peverell being built.
This generously proportioned, double fronted property features a spacious lounge at the front, with a study on the opposite side of the hallway. The combined kitchen, dining and family room is destined to be the heart of the home. This sociable space has the dining room at the centre, with bi-fold doors opening out to the rear garden. “There aren’t many five-bedroom homes for sale in Sampford Peverell and certainly few that achieve the top energy performance certificate rating of A for energy efficiency,” Chris added.
Edenstone has just released a five-bedroom detached Peverell priced from £784,995.
Recognising purchasers are likely to have a house to sell, the homebuilder is offering part exchange to help those climbing the property ladder.
