We work with several housing associations, local authorities and private sector rental providers to create communities across South Wales, the South Midlands, the West Country & the South West.
Our partnerships are longstanding because we apply the same exacting standards to all our homes and place sustainability and placemaking at the heart of all our communities.

Our expert in-house team includes project managers, architects, solicitors, engineers, chartered surveyors and planners, all highly experienced in delivering attractive, viable, design-led residential housing schemes, including a significant amount of partnership homes through S106.
We can deliver end-to-end, from our strategic land team identifying opportunities and securing planning permissions, through to providing sustainable design, deliverable build programmes and a comprehensive after care service.
We share our partners' vision on sustainability and community
We are well versed in delivering net zero energy solutions wth our partners. Many of our projects utilise Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) technologies employing off-site manufacture of framed structures that use sustainable materials.
Our projects often exceed the standards set by Building Regulations with enhanced insulation, air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and smart cylinders and home controls. We continually innovate to further enhance our sustainability efforts.
We are equally committed to building strong, connected communities. Whether it’s creating brand-new neighbourhoods, providing apprenticeship opportunities or supporting local jobs and causes through our Foundation, our partners value our deep-rooted commitment to both community building and sustainable development.
