Edenstone nears sell-out in Ross-on-Wye

We made a solid start to the year, with eight reservations in as many weeks at St Mary’s Garden Village. It means there are now just eight homes available, all of which are ready to move into.

The energy efficient homes available at St Mary’s Garden Village include a three-bedroom detached Croft style property, plus three styles of four-bedroom detached designs. Prices start from £350,000 with selected properties benefitting from solar panels to enhance their energy efficiency.

Residents will be able to enjoy an abundance of open space as the new community includes allotments, a kick about area; formal garden and play area, walking and fitness trails with equipment. A viewing platform overlooks the pond with a direct view to St Mary’s Church.
