Keyworkers could save 5% off the price of a new home in Bleadon.
We’ve introduced a keyworker contribution at our Eden’s Green development.
Taking shape off Bridge Road, it features a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, with current prices from £399,995.
Available on selected homes, subject to T&Cs, the keyworker contribution scheme is designed to support those who play a vital role in the community.
Sales director Richard Morris explained: “There are lots of roles that are pivotal to ensuring an area thrives as somewhere people love to live. We want to give something back to those who play an active role in the community and so we’ve introduced a keyworker contribution scheme as our way of saying thanks. It has the potential to make a significant difference to home buyers.”
The scheme is open to UK Armed Forces and Ministry of Defence personnel; NHS staff; emergency services including firefighters, police, ambulance, coastguard, mountain rescue; prison and probation staff; plus, education and local authority employees.
Discounts are subject to plot and availability and range from £10,000 upwards.
For example, a four-bedroom detached Tintern, priced at £539,995 is available with a 5% key worker contribution worth £26,995.
On a four-bedroom Kingsholm, priced at £749,995 a 5% keyworker contribution is available. This amounts to a saving of £37,500.
There’s also potential for ongoing savings as this is one of a select number of homes at Eden’s Green available with ‘zero energy bills’ for five years, thanks to a partnership with Octopus Energy.
The Kingsholm is an attractive double-fronted, detached home with striking arched entrance, classic render and sash windows.
The homes at Eden’s Green are being built in a lovely village location, close to the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Severn Estuary and the River Axe.
