Stonewater contracts Edenstone to complete 120-home development
Edenstone has entered into contract with Stonewater to develop 120 homes at College Road, Hereford, on the former Holmer Trading Estate.
The scheme consists of modular homes which Stonewater will offer to customers for shared ownership and affordable rent tenures. All homes will achieve at least an energy efficient ‘B’ Energy Performance Certificate rating.
Matthew Crucefix, Director of Development (West & South West) at Stonewater, said: “Edenstone has consistently delivered high-quality homes across the South West of England and South Wales. It’s exciting to see work re-starting on site, moving one step closer to delivering the much-needed 120 affordable homes for local people in Hereford.
“After an unfortunate period of delay, we hope to welcome customers into their new homes as soon as possible.”
