Apartments launching in Bleadon
New apartments in Bleadon will be released for sale this month.
It’s the latest milestone for the new community at Eden’s Green and follows the recent opening of a Tintern view home.
Location has played a part in the appeal of the development, which enjoys a green and leafy setting, close to the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Severn Estuary and the River Axe, with the nearby A370 offering access into Weston-Super-Mare and the coast.

There will be two apartments per floor of the three-storey building. On the first two floors there are two-bedroom apartments, with a pair of one-bedroom apartments, with home office, on the top floor.
Each floor of apartments has a slightly different layout, with every apartment benefitting from combined lounge, kitchen and dining room maximise the potential of the space.
In bedroom one of the ground floor apartments there’s a short partition wall that acts as a natural divider to the space and could perhaps be used to create a walk-in wardrobe or dressing area.
Subject to design stage, buyers will have the opportunity to personalise their apartment by selecting from a range of specification choices and optional upgrades. This includes a premium range of traditional and contemporary style kitchens, with a choice of worktops and splashbacks; contemporary bathroom suites with ceramic wall tiling from Porcelanosa.
Designed for modern living, they include media points in the living area and bedrooms; USB points to the kitchen and main bedroom. There will also be electric vehicle charging facilities.
Guide prices for the apartments are from £220,000, with full details to be announced over the weekend of June 13 and 14. It’s anticipated they will be ready to move into this autumn.
Current availability at Eden’s Green includes three and four-bedroom energy efficient new homes, priced from £399,995.
