The health and safety of our teams and customers has remained our utmost priority throughout the current coronavirus situation and continues to guide us through these unchartered waters.
Following the latest Government guidelines, all of our sales centres and show homes are now temporarily closed to visitors.
Having taken advice from the Government, we are working towards the suspension of all construction works across our sites from 5.00pm, March 27th to enable us to complete works to close sites safely and ensure those customers who are soon to move into their new homes are able to do so.
Over the course of the last week, we have been encouraging our customers to talk to us by phone, or get in touch via email and social media rather than make unnecessary visits, which has worked well.
We are grateful for the on-going support and encouragement we have received from all of our dedicated teams and loyal customers during these challenging times.
Our sales teams are in contact with all of our existing customers who are affected and working hard to help customers continue on their home buying journey, offering guidance and answering queries.
