  • 3% is the maximum discount off the property, however this can be utilised by means of discount off the sales price OR split between incentives/upgrades and partial discount
    e.g. on a £300,000 property the purchaser’s options could be to utilise the 3% discount (£9,000) as follows:
    a) 3% as a discount off the purchase price.
    Therefore purchase price = £291,000
    OR
    b) 3% using as partial incentives & partial discount e.g.
    Use £2,000 towards upgrades such as flooring, landscaping etc.
    Plus remaining £7,000 off the purchase price therefore purchase price = £293,000 
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer deal or incentive except Help to Buy e.g. Shared Equity, LTT/ Stamp duty paid, Part Exchange & Easy-Move are NOT included 
  • The discount cannot be used as the purchaser’s deposit
  • Available on new reservations only 
  • Reservation is subject to the usual reservation fee 
  • Limited to selected plots and is subject to availability
  • This offer is available on residential properties to eligible purchasers buying the property with cash or with the aid of a mortgage (eligible purchasers must meet their lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria however) and does not exclude eligible purchasers from qualifying for Help to Buy
